For those of you who are not aware, many concert/sports venues in Pittsburgh, inlcuding Mellon Arena, Heinz Field, and Post Gazette Pavillion, host a Designated Driver's booth where you can pick up a wristband at any event. All you do is sign a form at the booth saying you will not consume alcohol, they check your ID, slap a wrist band on you, and they give you 2 coupons for free soft drinks. We have found it to be a great way to save a few bucks at events. Especially since drinks (even pop) can run you $3-$5. Consider yourself informed :)
